    • ACM guides families on the IEP/504 Plan process.

    • Gathering information, IEP assessments, evaluations, school records and contact information for all professionals.
    • Guidance in IEP draft development

    • In person support and attendance at IEP meetings
    • Facilitate ongoing positive communication and collaboration with providers

    • Review what needs to be done when your child turns 18.
    • Discuss Vocational Rehab.

Initial 30-minute complimentary phone conversation to discuss concerns.

Two-hour in-person consultation to review the current situation, identify needs, and develop a plan appropriate for your goals.

Ongoing support and guidance, including document collection and review, and in-person attendance at meetings.
