We also include an evaluation of balance and gait. We carry out an in-depth review of your loved one's living environment and safety concerns. We determine financial resources, review legal documents that every senior needs as well as explore family and friend support systems. Based on the comprehensive needs assessment the family may choose the option to develop a personalized plan of care.
